Red Hawk Casino is pleased to announce that it has appointed Tracy Mimno, as its new general manager. Tracy will start in March, pending approval from all applicable regulators. Terry Contreras will continue as Red Hawk Casino’s assistant general manager, but will also assume the role of chief financial officer.
